Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Each person may operate only one ec999 account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person or family members from the same device or IP address are strictly prohibited.

Account and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ec999 account secure. Login credentials (username and password) should not be shared with any third party.

Note: ec999 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account if the user did not notify us in a timely manner.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

ec999 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

  • Deposits must be made from your own account.
  • Funding an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Every deposit transaction is verified — incomplete or unusual transactions may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds can only be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Full KYC (identity verification) may need to be completed before withdrawal.
  • Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • Unusual withdrawal activity will be subject to investigation by the ec999 security team.
Please note: bKash, Nagad and Rocket transactions may have their own limitations, which are beyond ec999's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ec999 welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus can be received once and applies to each new account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳4,000 and receive a ৳4,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳8,000 × 20 = ৳160,000 before making a withdrawal.

  • Wagering requirements also apply to winnings earned from the bonus.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • In some games, bonus wagering may not count at 100% — details can be found on the promotions page.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

It is not possible to hold multiple bonuses at the same time. Bonuses should be used for recreational purposes only. If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be suspended immediately.

  • Using any software, bots or automated methods in games.
  • Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other players or ec999 staff.
  • Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
  • Sharing or selling your account with a third party.
  • Attempting to access the platform from prohibited regions.

Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

11.2 Suspension or Closure by ec999

  • The balance of a suspended account may be returned after the investigation is complete.
  • Bonus balances in accounts closed due to rule violations will be forfeited.
